Want To Know Which Toothbrush Is Best?

by | Dec 28, 2012

Brushing our teeth should be a very simple process. Just a brush, some toothpaste, and a little bit of water to rinse. But when we walk into the oral hygiene section at the drugstore, there are literally hundreds of options to choose from. There are soft bristles, firm bristles, extra firm bristles. There are rubber gum massagers and tongue scrapers and wide head brushes with ergonomic angles to avoid repetitive stress injuries. There are electric toothbrushes, and… you get the idea. So where do we start? Dr. Lowe was asked this very question. (Probably not for the first time, but this time we caught it on film).
There you have it! Softer is better. Not only that, but the firmer bristles can actually harm our teeth! It’s good to have such a simple answer. We’ll have more videos like this for you in the future, so stay tuned!
